John Paul Porter

John Paul's love affair with the Nosara area began in 2019. After hearing about Nosara from a client in the US for close to 15 years, he dove in head first and bought his first property after only one visit.
John Paul currently splits his time between Nosara and Austin, TX where he owns a boutique real estate brokerage just outside of downtown. He's been a top producing real estate agent for over 20 years and enjoys helping buyers finding the perfect match!
When not selling real estate, John Paul can be found spending time with family & friends (at the beach) and eating amazing food dreamed up by his husband, Chef Aaron.
